Subject: 9th World Cup Tai Chi Chuan Championship --- Registration Phase 1: Intent to Participate

Dear World Tai Chi Practitioners,

We are pleased to announce that the 9th World Cup Tai Chi Chuan Championship is now in the initial phase of registration. As part of this process, we have started polling to determine the participating countries, and appoint Championship Committee Members, Honored Guests on Stage, and Representatives from Various Countries. We encourage all interested participants to express their intent to take part by completing the World Cup Participation Intent Form Regardless of membership status, both organizations and individuals are welcome..

Registration Phase 1: Expressing Intent to Participate

A. Fill out the World Cup Participation Intent Form To assist us in accurately planning the event, please complete the World Cup Participation Intent Form before the official opening of the registration system. The form is attached to the 9th World Cup Tai Chi Chuan Championship Regulations and can also be downloaded from our website. For your convenience, we have attached the form to this email as well.

Once completed, kindly send the form to ct.taichi@msa.hinet.net. or to tsaifucius60@gmail.com

B. Obtain Your Registration Account and Password After we receive your intent application, we will provide you with a unique account and password for registration. Please keep this password secure, as it will be required to log into the registration system once it becomes available.

Visa Application Assistance

For those who require visa applications, completing Registration Phase 1 promptly will allow us to assist you efficiently. If you need an invitation letter for visa purposes, please submit a list of attendees along with their passport numbers so we can issue the necessary documents.

Next Steps: Registration Phase 2

Once the registration system is live, you will proceed to Phase 2: Complete Online Registration using the credentials provided in Phase 1.
