國際會議助理人員職責
一、主要任務
- 協助會議籌備與現場執行,包括場地佈置、文件整理及設備測試。
- 協助國際貴賓、講者及代表報到、接待與引導。
- 協助口譯、筆譯、文件分發及資料上傳。
- 負責與各國代表團、工作組及秘書處間之聯繫與協調。
- 維持會場秩序,協助時間控管與議程流暢。
- 協助拍照、錄影及會議資料歸檔。
- 執行主管或秘書處臨時交辦事項。
二、應具備條件
- 英語或其他外語溝通能力良好。
- 熟悉國際禮儀與會議流程。
- 具備責任感、服務熱忱與團隊合作精神。
- 能靈活應變與冷靜處理突發狀況。
Duties of International Conference Assistants
1. Main Responsibilities
- Assist in conference
preparation and on-site execution, including venue setup, document
organization, and equipment testing.
- Welcome and guide
international guests, speakers, and delegates during registration and
throughout the meeting.
- Provide assistance with
interpretation, translation, document distribution, and digital data
uploading.
- Coordinate communication
between international delegations, working groups, and the Secretariat.
- Maintain order in the
conference area, manage time control, and ensure smooth agenda flow.
- Assist with photography,
video recording, and archiving of conference materials.
- Carry out other duties
as assigned by supervisors or the Secretariat.
2. Qualifications
- Good command of English
or other foreign languages.
- Familiarity with
international etiquette and conference procedures.
- Strong sense of
responsibility, service attitude, and teamwork.
- Ability to remain calm
and adaptable under pressure.
