 國際會議助理人員職責

一、主要任務

  1. 協助會議籌備與現場執行,包括場地佈置、文件整理及設備測試。
  2. 協助國際貴賓、講者及代表報到、接待與引導。
  3. 協助口譯、筆譯、文件分發及資料上傳。
  4. 負責與各國代表團、工作組及秘書處間之聯繫與協調。
  5. 維持會場秩序,協助時間控管與議程流暢。
  6. 協助拍照、錄影及會議資料歸檔。
  7. 執行主管或秘書處臨時交辦事項。

二、應具備條件

  • 英語或其他外語溝通能力良好。
  • 熟悉國際禮儀與會議流程。
  • 具備責任感、服務熱忱與團隊合作精神。
  • 能靈活應變與冷靜處理突發狀況。

Duties of International Conference Assistants

1. Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist in conference preparation and on-site execution, including venue setup, document organization, and equipment testing.
  2. Welcome and guide international guests, speakers, and delegates during registration and throughout the meeting.
  3. Provide assistance with interpretation, translation, document distribution, and digital data uploading.
  4. Coordinate communication between international delegations, working groups, and the Secretariat.
  5. Maintain order in the conference area, manage time control, and ensure smooth agenda flow.
  6. Assist with photography, video recording, and archiving of conference materials.
  7. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors or the Secretariat.

2. Qualifications

  • Good command of English or other foreign languages.
  • Familiarity with international etiquette and conference procedures.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, service attitude, and teamwork.
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure.
