Regulations for Certification of Foreign Tai Chi Coaches and Judges
第一條 宗旨
Article 1. Purpose
為推廣太極拳於國際間之發展，建立統一且專業之教練與裁判制度，提升教學與競賽品質，特訂定本辦法。
To promote the global development of Tai Chi Chuan and establish a standardized and professional certification system for coaches and judges, thereby enhancing the quality of teaching and competitions.
第二條 適用對象
Article 2. Eligibility
本辦法適用於WTCCF所屬各國加盟團體及其會員。
These regulations apply to all affiliated organizations and their members under WTCCF.
第三條 級別分類
Article 3. Certification Levels
（一）C級（初級）
（二）B級（中級）
（三）A級（高級）（由總會或總會派員核發）
（四）國際級（僅限總會核發）
(1) Level C (Entry)
(2) Level B (Intermediate)
(3) Level A (Advanced) (Issued by WTCCF Headquarters or by personnel dispatched by the Headquarters)
(4) International Level (Issued only by WTCCF Headquarters)
第四條 檢定方式
Article 4. Assessment Methods
理論考試與實務評核並行，得採實體或線上方式辦理。
Assessment shall include both theoretical examinations and practical evaluations, conducted either in person or online.
第五條 教練檢定內容
Article 5. Coach Certification Requirements
（一）太極理論（陰陽、氣、勁）
（二）套路演練與教學能力
（三）身法與結構理解
（四）教學表達能力
(1) Fundamental Tai Chi theory (Yin-Yang, Qi, Jin)
(2) Form performance and teaching ability
(3) Understanding of body mechanics and structure
(4) Instructional communication skills

Article 6. Judge Certification Requirements
（一）比賽規則與評分標準
（二）推手與套路評判原則
（三）評分操作能力
（四）公正性與專業判斷
(1) Competition rules and scoring standards
(2) Judging principles for push hands and forms
(3) Practical scoring ability
(4) Fairness and professional judgment
第七條 證書發給
Article 7. Certification Issuance
經檢定合格者，由WTCCF統一核發證書，或授權分會代為發放。
Certificates shall be issued by WTCCF or distributed by authorized affiliated organizations upon successful completion.
第八條 晉級制度
Article 8. Advancement Requirements
（一）C級晉升B級需具備實務經驗
（二）A級檢定須由總會或總會派員辦理
（三）國際級須由台灣總會統一核發
(1) Advancement from Level C to Level B requires relevant practical experience
(2) Level A certification shall be conducted by WTCCF Headquarters or its dispatched personnel
(3) International certification shall be issued exclusively by WTCCF Headquarters in Taiwan
第九條 有效期限與進修
Article 9. Validity and Continuing Education
證書有效期限如下：
（一）初次核發證書之有效期限為二年。
（二）經續聘或再認證後，證書有效期限為四年。
（三）期滿須參加講習或再評核始得續證。
Validity of certification shall be as follows:
(1) The initial certification shall be valid for two (2) years.
(2) Upon renewal or re-certification, the validity period shall be extended to four (4) years.
(3) Renewal requires participation in seminars or re-evaluation upon expiration.
第十條 授權條款
Article 10. Authorization of Affiliated Organizations
（一）各國分會得辦理C、B級檢定並推薦A級以上人選
（二）A級須由總會或總會派員辦理
（三）國際級不得由分會核發
(1) Affiliated organizations may conduct Level C and B certifications and recommend candidates for higher levels
(2) Level A certification shall be conducted by WTCCF Headquarters or its dispatched personnel
(3) International certification shall not be issued by affiliated organizations
第十一條 段位制度整合
Article 11. Integration with Duan System
C級 ≈ 1–3段
B級 ≈ 3–4段
A級 ≈ 5段以上
國際級 ≈ 高段位及國際經驗
Level C ≈ Duan 1–3
Level B ≈ Duan 3–4
Level A ≈ Duan 5+
International Level ≈ Advanced Duan with international experience
第十二條 會員國申請派員教學與檢定
Article 12. On-site Instruction and Certification
（一）會員國得申請總會派員至當地辦理講習及檢定
（二）總會派遣合格人員執行
（三）檢定合格者由總會發證
（四）機票、食宿及交通由申請單位負擔
（五）得考核當地駐地教練並發證
（六）證書費每份美金20元
（七）細節由雙方協議
(1) Member organizations may request WTCCF to dispatch personnel for local seminars and certification
(2) WTCCF shall assign qualified personnel
(3) Certificates shall be issued by WTCCF
(4) Airfare, accommodation, and local transportation shall be borne by the requesting organization
(5) WTCCF may evaluate and certify local coaches
(6) Certification fee: USD 20 per certificate
(7) Details may be determined through mutual agreement
第十三條 最終解釋權
Article 13. Final Interpretation
本辦法由WTCCF保有最終解釋權。
WTCCF reserves the right of final interpretation.
