一、文書組 / Documentation Section

宗旨 Purpose
負責總會所有公文、會議紀錄、證書、出版資料及文件管理工作，確保文件製作正確、格式一致、存檔完整，並支援各組行政文書需求。
Responsible for managing all official documents, meeting minutes, certificates, publications, and archives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, while providing administrative support to other sections.

主要職責 Main Duties

1.      公文製作與往來處理 / Document Drafting & Correspondence

2.      會議資料與紀錄 / Meeting Documentation

3.      證書與獎狀製作 / Certificate Preparation

4.      文件校對與編輯 / Editing & Proofreading

5.      中英文文件管理 / Bilingual Document Management

6.      資料歸檔與保存 / Archiving & Record Keeping

7.      出版品與活動資料支援 / Publications & Event Materials

8.      跨組協調與行政支援 / Coordination & Administrative Support

組織 Organization

·         組長 1 名，副組長若干，組員依需求分工。

·         Section Chief oversees all documentation activities; Deputy Chiefs assist in specific tasks; members perform supporting roles.

工作性質 Nature of Work

·         義工性質，主要提供文件編輯與管理支援，平時可遠程完成任務。

·         Voluntary work, mainly supporting documentation and administrative tasks; most work can be done remotely.

二、翻譯與國際聯絡組 / Translation & International Liaison Section

宗旨 Purpose
處理國際交流事務，促進各會員國溝通順暢，確保文件、公告與會議資料之語言一致性，提升總會國際形象。
Handle international communication, ensuring smooth interactions among member countries, linguistic consistency in documents and announcements, and enhancing the Federation’s international image.

主要職責 Main Duties

1.      文件翻譯與審稿 / Document Translation & Editing

2.      國際聯絡與溝通 / International Communication & Correspondence

3.      國際活動協調 / Coordination of International Events

4.      公關與形象宣傳 / Public Relations & Image Promotion

組織 Organization

·         組長 1 名，副組長若干（語言分組），臨時翻譯小組可依活動設立。

·         One Chief oversees translation and liaison; deputies manage specific languages or regions; temporary teams formed as needed.

工作性質 Nature of Work

·         義工性質，線上協作為主，活動期間可能需現場口譯支援。

·         Voluntary work, mainly online collaboration; on-site interpretation may be required during events.

三、出版與設計組 / Publication & Design Section

宗旨 Purpose
負責出版品與視覺設計，推廣太極文化研究成果，維護總會形象一致性，呈現專業美感。
Responsible for publications and visual design, promoting Tai Chi research and culture, maintaining visual consistency, and presenting professionalism.

主要職責 Main Duties

1.      太極拳研究專輯出版 / Tai Chi Research Anthologies

2.      活動手冊與文宣製作 / Event Booklets & Promotional Materials

3.      網頁與社群設計支援 / Website & Social Media Design Support

4.      影音與多媒體製作 / Multimedia & Video Production

5.      出版審核與資料保存 / Publication Review & Archiving

組織 Organization

·         組長 1 名，副組長若干（編輯、設計、影音），視專案招募志工。

·         Section Chief oversees all publication and design activities; deputies handle specific tasks; volunteers join per project.

工作性質 Nature of Work

·         義工性質，線上及活動期間協作。

·         Voluntary work, with online collaboration and on-site tasks during events.

四、志工引導組 / Volunteer Guidance Section

宗旨 Purpose
在國際活動中引導外國貴賓、選手及觀眾，維持現場秩序與流程順暢，提升國際形象。
Guide foreign guests, participants, and spectators during events to maintain order and smooth operations.

主要職責 Main Duties

1.      活動現場引導 / On-site Guidance

2.      接待與支援 / Reception & Assistance

3.      活動流程協助 / Event Flow Assistance

4.      緊急情況支援 / Emergency Support

組織 Organization

·         組長 1 名，副組長若干，分區管理志工。

·         Chief oversees guidance; deputies manage zones or VIP groups.

工作性質 Nature of Work

·         義工性質，僅於活動期間工作。

·         Voluntary, active only during events.

五、活動賽事組 / Event & Competition Section

宗旨 Purpose
負責賽事規劃、現場管理與技術協調，確保比賽順暢，與中華民國太極拳總會合作執行。
Plan, manage, and coordinate competitions, ensuring smooth operation and compliance, in collaboration with the Chinese Taipei Tai Chi Chuan Association.

主要職責 Main Duties

1.      賽事規劃與制度設計 / Competition Planning & Rules Design

2.      裁判及工作人員安排 / Judges & Staff Assignment

3.      比賽現場管理 / On-site Competition Management

4.      成績統計與公告 / Results Compilation & Announcement

5.      賽事合作與聯繫 / Competition Collaboration & Liaison

·         組長 1 名，副組長若干，與裁判組、電腦組、志工引導組協作。

六、電腦組 / Computer Section

宗旨 Purpose
維護聯盟網站、報名系統、比賽成績及資料庫，提供技術支援，確保資料安全與穩定運作。
Maintain the Federation’s website, registration system, competition results, and databases; provide technical support and ensure data security and stability.

主要職責 Main Duties

1.      網站及系統維護 / Website & System Maintenance

2.      報名與資料管理 / Registration & Data Management

3.      技術支援與比賽協助 / Technical Support & Competition Assistance

4.      資料備份與安全 / Data Backup & Security

5.      跨組協調 / Cross-section Technical Coordination

七、志工招募組 / Volunteer Recruitment Section

宗旨 Purpose
負責招募、培訓、排班與管理所有志工，支援世界盃及其他國際活動。
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage all volunteers to support the World Cup and other international events.

主要職責 Main Duties

1.      志工招募 / Volunteer Recruitment

3.      志工管理與任務分配 / Volunteer Management & Task Assignment

4.      與各單位協作 / Coordination with Other Sections
