Volunteer Guidance Section
一、宗旨
Purpose
協助總會在各項國際活動中引導外國貴賓、參賽選手與觀眾，確保活動現場秩序與流程順暢，提升總會國際形象與服務品質。
Assist the Federation in guiding foreign guests, participants, and spectators
during international events, ensuring smooth operations, orderly conduct, and a
positive international image.
二、主要職責
Main Duties
- 活動現場引導
- 在世界盃及其他國際活動期間，協助外國貴賓、參賽選手與觀眾的動線引導。
- 提供場地資訊、活動流程說明及臨時指引。
On-site Guidance - Guide foreign guests,
athletes, and spectators during the World Cup and other international
events.
- Provide venue
information, event schedules, and temporary directions as needed.
- 接待與支援
- 協助外國來賓報到、入場、座位安排及各項簡易諮詢。
- 協助貴賓接送及特殊需求處理（如行李、休息區、語言協助）。
Reception and Assistance - Assist foreign guests
with registration, entrance, seating arrangements, and simple inquiries.
- Support guest
transportation, luggage, rest areas, and language assistance as needed.
- 活動流程協助
- 配合活動工作人員或組長，協助引導人流與維持秩序。
- 協助臨時安排或調整動線，以配合活動進度。
Event Flow Assistance - Coordinate with staff
or section leaders to guide crowd flow and maintain order.
- Help with temporary
route adjustments according to event schedule.
- 緊急情況支援
- 在活動期間協助處理簡單緊急狀況，並通知相關部門或組長。
Emergency Support - Assist in handling
minor emergencies on-site and inform relevant sections or leaders
promptly.
三、組織運作
Organization and Operation
- 設組長 1 名，統籌活動期間志工引導工作，協調各分區引導志工。
- 設副組長若干名，分管不同活動區域或特定貴賓群。
- 工作僅在活動期間執行，平時不需定期勤務。
- One Section Chief shall
oversee all volunteer guidance activities during events and coordinate
volunteers by zones.
- Deputy Chiefs may be
assigned to manage specific areas or VIP groups.
- Duties are active only
during events; no regular work is required outside event periods.
四、工作性質
Nature of Work
- 全屬義工性質，主要在活動期間提供現場引導與服務。
- 需具備親切溝通能力、應變能力與外語基本能力（如英文）。
- 可臨時調整分工以配合活動需求。
- All work is voluntary,
providing on-site guidance and service during events.
- Volunteers should have
good communication skills, adaptability, and basic foreign language
proficiency (e.g., English).
- Task allocation may be
adjusted temporarily to suit event requirement
