活動賽事組

Event and Competition Section

一、宗旨

Purpose
負責籌辦世界盃及其他國際活動的賽事規劃、現場管理與技術協調，確保比賽流程順暢、規範一致，並與中華民國太極拳總會合作完成賽事執行。
Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating competitions during the World Cup and other international events, ensuring smooth operations and consistent regulations, in collaboration with the Chinese Taipei Tai Chi Chuan Association.

二、主要職責

Main Duties

1. 賽事規劃與制度設計
• 協助制定比賽規則、賽程安排及評分制度。
• 與中華民國太極拳總會協商並確認比賽技術標準及裁判流程。
  Competition Planning and Rules Design
• Assist in drafting competition rules, schedules, and scoring systems.
• Coordinate with the Chinese Taipei Tai Chi Chuan Association to confirm technical standards and judging procedures.
2. 裁判及工作人員安排
• 協助裁判組安排裁判與工作人員分工，確保賽事順利進行。
• 提供比賽現場即時技術支援與協調。
  Judges and Staff Assignment
• Assist in assigning judges and staff roles to ensure smooth competition operations.
• Provide real-time technical support and coordination on-site.
3. 比賽現場管理
• 負責比賽場地動線規劃、設備佈置、計時計分系統及秩序維護。
• 協助外國選手及觀眾的指引與協調。
  On-site Competition Management
• Manage competition venue layout, equipment setup, timing and scoring systems, and crowd order.
• Assist foreign participants and spectators with guidance and coordination.
4. 成績統計與公告
• 收集比賽成績，與電腦組協作完成即時成績統計與公告。
• 確保成績準確，便於裁判及參賽者查閱。
  Results Compilation and Announcement
• Collect competition results and collaborate with the IT Section for real-time scoring and announcements.
• Ensure accurate results for judges and participants.
5. 賽事合作與聯繫
• 與中華民國太極拳總會密切合作，安排賽事協調會議及聯絡窗口。
• 協助國際參賽隊伍之溝通與協調。
  Competition Collaboration and Liaison
• Work closely with the Chinese Taipei Tai Chi Chuan Association to arrange coordination meetings and communication channels.
• Assist in liaising with international teams and participants.

三、組織運作

Organization and Operation

• 設組長 1 名，統籌賽事規劃與現場執行。
• 設副組長若干名，分管不同賽項或場地。
• 與裁判組、電腦組、志工引導組及其他支援單位協作，確保活動順利。
• One Section Chief shall oversee competition planning and on-site execution.
• Deputy Chiefs may manage specific events or venues.
• Collaborate with the Judges Section, IT Section, Volunteer Guidance Section, and other support units to ensure smooth event operations.

四、工作性質

Nature of Work

• 全屬義工性質，主要在比賽及活動期間負責賽事相關工作。
• 需具備溝通協調能力、時間管理能力及應變能力。
• 依比賽進度安排工作，非比賽期間無固定勤務。
• All work is voluntary, focusing on competition-related tasks during events.
• Volunteers should have strong communication, coordination, time management, and adaptability skills.
• Tasks are scheduled according to the competition timeline; no regular duties are required outside the event period.
