第一條 宗旨
Article 1 Purpose
為建立WTCCF國際組織體系，規範各國分會之加入、會長認證及任期管理，確保專業性與穩定性，特訂定本辦法。
To establish an international organizational framework and regulate branch membership and presidency management to ensure professionalism and stability.
第二條 分會申請資格
Article 2 Eligibility
申請單位須為合法太極拳相關組織，具備成員與教學活動，並認同WTCCF宗旨。
Applicants must be legally established Tai Chi organizations with members and activities and agree with WTCCF principles.
第三條 分會加入程序
Article 3 Application Procedure
提出申請文件並經總會審核通過後成為分會。
Application shall be reviewed and approved by WTCCF Headquarters.
第四條 分會會長認證
Article 4 Certification of President
分會須設會長並經WTCCF核定。
Each branch shall appoint a President subject to WTCCF approval.
第五條 會長職責
Article 5 Duties
負責聯繫總會、推動活動並維護形象。
Responsible for communication, promotion, and maintaining WTCCF standards.
第六條 任期與延續
Article 6 Term and Continuation
初次任期二年
續任四年
Initial term two years
Renewal term four years

第九條 KPI標準
Article 9 KPI Standard
六十分以上 得續任
五十至五十九 列入觀察
五十分以下 不予續任
60 and above renewal
50 to 59 probation
Below 50 non renewal
第十條 改善與觀察
Article 10 Probation
未達標準者得給予改善期。
Improvement period may be granted.
第十一條 終止條件

第十二條 最終解釋權
Article 12 Final Interpretation
WTCCF保有最終解釋權。
