第一條 宗旨
Article 1 Purpose
為強化中華國際太極拳聯盟總會國際組織架構，促進各洲代表性與會務推動，特訂定本辦法。
To strengthen WTCCF’s international organizational structure and enhance global representation and development.
第二條 設置原則
Article 2 Structure
副理事長採區域代表制，設置名額為八至十名。
Vice Chairpersons shall be appointed based on regional representation, with a total of eight (8) to ten (10) positions.
區域原則如下：
Regions shall include:
北美
南美
歐洲
非洲
澳洲
南亞
日本
韓國
North America
South America
Europe
Africa
Oceania
South Asia
Japan
Korea
必要時得依實際發展調整。
Adjustments may be made based on actual development needs.
第三條 資格條件
Article 3 Eligibility
候選人應符合下列條件：
Applicants shall meet the following criteria:
長期參與WTCCF會務
Long-term participation in WTCCF affairs
持續派員參加國際會議
Regular participation in international conferences
參與國際教練或裁判講習
Participation in international coach or judge seminars
參與世界盃太極拳錦標賽
Participation in the World Tai Chi Chuan Championship
具備國際推廣能力與組織影響力
Demonstrated ability in international promotion and organizational leadership
具良好聲譽與專業品德
Good reputation and professional ethics
第四條 提名與甄選
Article 4 Nomination and Selection
候選人得由各國分會推薦或由總會提名。
Candidates may be nominated by affiliated organizations or WTCCF Headquarters.
經總會審核後，由理事長核定聘任。
Appointments shall be approved by the Chairman after review.
第五條 任期
Article 5 Term
副理事長任期為四年。
The term of Vice Chairpersons shall be four (4) years.
期滿得經考核後續任。
Reappointment is subject to evaluation.
第六條 職責
Article 6 Duties
代表WTCCF於所屬區域推動太極拳發展
Promote Tai Chi development in their region
協助組織國際活動及交流
Assist in organizing international events and exchanges
促進分會與總會之聯繫
Strengthen communication between branches and WTCCF
支持世界盃及相關活動
Support the World Cup and related events
第七條 考核機制
Article 7 Evaluation
每四年進行一次考核，內容包括：
Evaluation shall be conducted every four (4) years, including:
區域發展成果
Regional development
國際活動參與
International participation
與總會配合度
Cooperation with WTCCF
推廣成效
Promotion effectiveness
第八條 解任與補任
Article 8 Removal and Replacement
如有下列情形，得解任：
Grounds for removal include:
違反總會規定
Violation of WTCCF regulations
損害總會聲譽
Damage to WTCCF reputation
長期未參與會務
Prolonged inactivity
必要時由總會補任。
Vacancies may be filled by WTCCF.
第九條 無給職原則
Article 9 Voluntary Service
副理事長為榮譽職，原則為無給職。
Vice Chairpersons serve on a voluntary basis.
第十條 最終解釋權
Article 10 Final Interpretation
本辦法由WTCCF保有最終解釋權。
WTCCF reserves the right of final interpretation.
