太極之夜外語人員職責

一、主要任務

1. 協助外國貴賓、評審、教練及選手的接待、引導與座位安排。
2. 提供現場英語（或其他語言）口譯與溝通協助，確保節目流程與公告順暢。
3. 協助主持人、表演團體及外賓之間的語言橋接與資訊傳達。
4. 協助翻譯節目簡介、貴賓介紹、頒獎詞及即時公告。
5. 陪同外賓進入休息區、表演區或拍照區，協助應對臨時狀況。
6. 協助維持活動現場秩序與氣氛，展現友善、專業的國際形象。
7. 完成主辦單位及外語組臨時交辦事項。

二、應具備條件

• 具良好英語或第二外語溝通能力。
• 熟悉活動流程與國際禮儀。
• 儀態端莊、態度親切，具臨場應變與團隊合作能力。
• 對太極文化有基本認識或興趣尤佳。

Duties of Foreign Language Staff – Tai Chi Night

1. Main Responsibilities

1. Assist in receiving, guiding, and seating international guests, judges, coaches, and participants.
2. Provide on-site interpretation and communication support in English (or other required languages) to ensure smooth program flow and announcements.
3. Serve as a language bridge between the host, performing groups, and foreign guests.
4. Translate program introductions, guest presentations, award remarks, and real-time announcements when needed.
5. Accompany foreign guests to the lounge, performance area, or photo session, and assist in handling unexpected situations.
6. Help maintain order and atmosphere at the venue, demonstrating hospitality and professionalism.
7. Carry out other duties assigned by the organizer or language coordination team.

2. Qualifications

• Proficient in English or another foreign language.
• Familiar with event procedures and international etiquette.
• Courteous, well-presented, and able to respond calmly under pressure.
• Basic understanding or interest in Tai Chi culture is preferred.
